14/20 Rose Gold-Filled Round Tags, 1/2-Hard
Attach this 14/20 rose gold-filled double-clad round quality tag (sometimes called a design or jewelry tag) to let your customers know what is special about your design; stamp or lightly engrave information such as the purity of the metal, country of origin ("Made in the USA"), or your logo or signature design. For a different look, engrave this tag deeply to create a two-tone look once you form the stamping as desired. This double-clad tag is die struck with clean, crisp edges and will require some finishing to smooth its edges and polish its surface. This tag is 1/2-hard; it should arrive well-flattened and is partially work-hardened so that it will hold its shape under some stress. Gold-filled items are made by heat- and pressure-bonding a layer of 14K (or 12K) gold to a base-metal core. The 14/20 notation refers to the ratio of karat gold to base-metal core by weight; the first figure is the karat value of the gold layer, the second is the total percentage (by weight) of precious metal contained in the item. On double-clad items, the quantity of precious metal is divided between the upper and lower surfaces of the core metal. Manufactured to exacting quality standards in our solar-powered facility.
