14K Yellow Gold Flat Hook & Eye Clasp

This 14-karat yellow gold hook & eye clasp features a flattened profile and a smooth, bright finish. The hook includes a hole (0.030") for tying off your strand; the eye features an oval tie-off ring. Hook & eye clasps are two part clasps that close by hooking one side (the hook) to a large closed ring (the eye). They tend to be larger than other clasp types and are ideal for larger designs, bead strands or bib-style necklaces. The open hook relies on the necklace having enough weight to keep the clasp secure.
