This Akron flex yellow natural mold rubber is a soft and pliable rubber that is ideal for delicate pieces and works well as an insert for harder rubber. It delivers excellent detail reproduction with high tear resistance and elongation. Each strip has a dark blue polyethylene cover. Akron mold rubbers are manufactured in Akron, Ohio for controlled shrinkage, excellent cutting qualities and long life. These rubbers have an uncured shelf life of seven years and over 20 years for cured molds.
