Aluminum Flip Jig for Carbide3D Nomad CNC Mill

This Carbide3D flip jig enables you to use your Nomad CNC mill to cut both sides of a three-dimensional design and have complete confidence that the two sides will remain perfectly aligned throughout the milling process. The jig holds any material that fits into its 5"L x 3"W x 1-1/2"H interior. The flip jig is precision-machined from aluminum and anodized to give it a smooth, durable finish. Installation hardware is included. To use the jig, center your carving material inside the flip jig, securing it in place with the three flat-end bolts provided. Mount the flip jig to the Nomad 883 table. The jig takes advantage of the built-in calibration function of the mill. The mill easily locates the jig on the table—no edge-finders required—and, when the first side is complete, simply flip the jig over and re-secure it to carve the other side, perfectly aligned to match up seamlessly with the carving already done.
