Aluminum Oxide Cartridge Roll

This resin-bonded aluminum oxide cartridge roll is ideal for smoothing, trimming and polishing the inside of ring shanks. The abrasive is water-resistant; great for normal use, wet or dry. When the abrasive loses its effectiveness, tear away the worn section to expose a fresh, new area of abrasive. Attach the cartridge roll to a cartridge-roll or inside-ring mandrel. Aluminium oxide offers hardness and strength that's ideal as an abrasive and serves as a very affordable substitute for industrial diamond. Its low heat retention makes it ideal for grinding and cutting work.
