Blue Zircon Oval Faceted Gemstones, AA Grade

This AA-grade oval faceted zircon features an attractive shade of light blue and would be an excellent choice for pendants, necklaces and earrings. Zircon is a hard, naturally occurring gem mineral. Faceted zircon has a brilliance that rivals a diamond, making it an economical alternative. Most natural zircons are brownish orange; heat enhancement results in yellow, gray, green, red, blue or colorless gemstones. In the Middle Ages it was believed to protect against evil spirits, improve sleep and cultivate honor, wisdom and wealth. The oval cut is an even, symmetrical shape but elongated.
