Bonny Doon Precision Non-Conforming Die Containment System

Use this system with any Bonny Doon precision non-conforming die (sold separately) and your 20- and 55-ton Bonny Doon hydraulic press to create high-relief forms with incredible detail. The matching steel cylinder and pusher are machined to extremely close tolerances (within a few microns), maximizing the power of the contained urethane. First set the brass precision non-conforming die (dies are not included) into the container, then your metal, then a 95 durometer urethane, then the steel pusher. For high-volume shapes, use the 60 durometer urethane as a primary step to pre-form the metal (both urethanes are included). Use your Bonny Doon press to force the pusher into the container; with such close tolerances, the urethane cannot spread laterally, and the force of the press is focused almost exclusively into the die form. The result is a high-relief form with amazingly defined details. This system includes:
