Copper Half-Round Wire, 1-Lb. Spool, Dead-Soft

This dead-soft 10-gauge copper half-round wire offers a flat surface that makes it great for wire-wrapping on flat components and helps make soldering more effective while presenting a round profile in your designs. This wire is great for creating loops, links and jump rings that have a flat inner surface. Dead soft copper wire is easy to bend, shape and hammer; it is an ideal starting point for forming, shaping and wire-wrapping. Keep in mind that hardness is changeable (by annealing) and is relative among metal types (each temper will feel and handle differently from one metal to another). When finishing your pieces, also keep in mind that the harder the metal is, the brighter a finish it will take. This wire is packaged on 1-lb. spools.
