Durston 152.4mm Guillotine Shear
Manufactured in England by Durston, this guillotine shear allows you to achieve straight, even cuts on metal up to 160mm (6”) wide. The precision-ground hardened cutting blade cuts non-ferrous metal up to 1.5mm thick (15 gauge) and ferrous metal up to 0.5mm thick (24 gauge). The blade can be turned up to four times before it needs sharpening and is perpendicular to the hand bar for an unobstructed view of the cutting path. An extra-long hand bar gives added leverage that makes cutting almost effortless. The adjustable, built-in ruler and miter gauge allows you to make precise, repeatable cuts, from straight to angled; cut angles up to 60° in 5° increments. This strong and durable shear has a rigid, cast-iron body (with mounting holes) and steel fittings; mount it to any work surface (hardware is not included).
