Italtec Chain-Nose Pliers
Cut with a laser, the jaws on these Italtec chain-nose pliers feature precision edges and contours that deliver smooth, repeatable bends and curves in metal and wire. On chain-nose pliers, both jaws are semi-round with flat interior surfaces, tapering to a point from the pivot to the tip; they are ideal for opening and closing jump rings, flat-crimping and creating angled bends; the smooth finish helps reduce the risk of marring delicate pieces. The jaws are made of C70 steel that is hardened to 62 HRC.
- Adjustable lap joint; a screw is set through both halves, allowing the joint to be adjusted as needed.
- Double-leaf spring that holds the handles apart until they are squeezed closed. This spring delivers a fast, strong rebound for improved productivity.
