Precisely control your oven with customizeable kiln heating programs. Compatible with gas ovens, the KilnMinder™ comes fully calibrated and programmed with 10 commonly used kiln heating programs (all can be customized), plus an option for you to program as needed. These are stored in non-volatile memory so information won’t be lost due to power failure. Program from one to seven stages including ramp time, dwell time, dwell temperature—even a safety cut-out temperature. Stored in non-volatile memory, heating programs can resume even after a four-hour power outage!

• Adjusts dwell time in 10-minute increments, from 10 minutes to 42 hours
• Adjusts ramp temperature in 10° increments, from 100°F to 2,450°F
• Handles room-temperature extremes (0 to 150°F) and power spikes
• Handles loads up to a single-phase, 20-amp maximum
• Type-N or type-K thermocouple (thermocouple is monitored for open or short circuits); a back-up thermocouple port is provided (optional use)
• Serial communications option; simultaneously supports RS485 and RS232
