The Paragon Sentinel oven controller is a digital controller that features an intuitive touchscreen interface. It allows you to store up to 30 custom programs and is easy to program operate adding segments and temperature during firing. This controller has a maximum programmable temperature of 2,000°F and can be configured for Celsius or Fahrenheit. Designed to be placed on a table or installed on a wall. Controller includes a 6" long type-K thermocouple with six feet of lead wire and a 5-15 NEMA plug and receptacle. Each segment includes a programmable rate, terminal temperature, and a hold, if any. This Sentry digital controller includes many advanced features including diagnostic tools, safety alarms, efficient PID controls, and full touchpad.
