Precision Flush Cutters

These precision flush cutters have a short, sharply tapered jaw that provides access to tight spaces to cut wire ends. Flush cutters require somewhat more pressure to make a cut than super- or semi-flush cutters. Though more noticeable than that left by the super- or semi-flush, the pinch is still minimal, requiring little clean-up. The tapered head shape provides improved access to fine details or close work areas; protect the tips against damage by cutting at the center of the jaw.

• These cutters have a lap joint; one half of the joint overlaps the other, and a pivot is set through both halves.
• The plastic-dipped handles ensure both a secure grip and comfort over extended work periods. These cutters are made from hardened tool steel, a very hard, strong material for cutters, and forged for the best combination of strength and durability; the jaws will not be nicked with normal use and keep their shape and finish well over time. Clean with Cosmoline® or a similar protectant; avoid contact with moisture.
