Made in the USA, this heavy-duty, high-base polishing motor is completely sealed and permanently lubricated for smooth, dependable operation over long hours of use. Its rubber-mounted motor base and its unique tapered and threaded shaft design virtually eliminate all vibration. Includes a tapered spindle that accommodates buffs up to 8" in diameter. Accommodates any 5/8" tapered spindle that is designed with tapered interior machining to fit onto the tapered shaft of this motor. Because the shaft also features threading at its base, it will also accept straight-shaft spindles, provided their interiors are threaded.
