Over time (with constant daily use, about 1–2 weeks), the laser on your machine will cloud the transparency of the acrylate resin tray, interfering with the laser’s ability to build to the CAD file accurately. Clean the tray occasionally, using ethyl alcohol. When cleaning is no longer effective in clearing the tray (timing will vary, depending on your frequency of use and model complexity), replace it with a new one to ensure the continued quality of your rapid prototype models.
