Round Cabochon Post Earring Mounting

This sterling silver post earring features a round bezel cup mounting. Set with one 5mm round cabochon or flat-back stone; place your stone in the bezel and push the walls inward over the stone, holding it in place. For added security, place a drop or two of jeweler's epoxy in the cup before placing the stone. The friction ear post has a groove to help seat the clutch (or earring back). Post earrings require an ear nut to keep the post in place (available separately).
