Stepped Round and Concave-Nose Wire-Wrapping Pliers

Specifically designed to meet the needs of wire-wrappers, the three-step jaw of these wire-wrapping pliers gives you the ability to create the widest variety of loop sizes without changing tools. The steps are approximately 2.6, 3.8 and 5.5mm in diameter. The facing jaw is concave to shape the wire easily around the curve of the stepped jaw.

  • These pliers have a box joint; one half of the joint surrounds the other and the pivot is contained within. This joint holds its alignment far longer than a lap joint but allows the tool to open only as far as the box size.
  • The double-leaf spring consists of flat, tempered metal tabs attached to the inside of each handle, positioned to meet and hold the handles apart (and the jaws open) until they are squeezed closed.
  • The plastic-dipped handles ensure a comfortable grip.
