Sterling Silver Open Two-Stone Ring Mounting

This sterling silver ring mounting features an open-shank design with one 4-prong mounting on each shank end. The mountings are pre-notched and hold one 3mm round faceted gemstone. A classic choice, the 4-prong setting supports the gemstone on four sides; pre-notched prongs provide a professional start to stone-setting with perfectly level stone seats already cut into each prong. This open-shank ring design allows you to make minor size adjustments, if necessary, to ensure a good fit for your customer. Mix and match faceted gemstone types and/or colors to create a variety of ring choices or create a custom ring for individual customers, allowing them to choose their stones. Set your stone into the prongs and check the fit. If necessary, adjust the seat to best accommodate your particular gemstone. To secure the stone in place, burnish the prongs over the stone and finish as needed.
