Sterling Silver Round Cabochon Ring Mounting

This sterling silver ring mounting features an open heart-shaped filigree design and a bezel mounting that holds a 10mm round cabochon. The split-shank design is tapered for comfort and has a single bead detail at the top of each end. The shank is oxidized to highlight the detail. Use jeweler's epoxy or traditional bezel techniques to secure the stones in the mountings. Place your stone in the bezel and push the walls inward over the stone, holding it in place. For added security, if desired, place a drop or two of jeweler's epoxy in the cup before placing the stone.
