Use this three-piece sterling silver magnetic clasp to complete your leather or fiber cord necklace designs. When attached, two threaded end caps—fitted with strong magnets—hold your necklace securely closed. Then the outer cylinder component (threaded at one end only) slides over the end caps and screws into place, covering the magnets and presenting a crisp, professional finish. The threads on the end caps cannot pass through the unthreaded end of the cylinder, naturally stopping in the perfect position when the clasp is closed and preventing the it from falling off the necklace when the clasp is open.
