Use this Tech-11 felt pad with the SwapTop or any other 8" lap to give a final polish to stone or glass. Like the Tech-10 (204145), it features a 3M PSA backing; attach the pad to a backing plate or master lap and use with cerium oxide, tin oxide or diamond compound. Made of high-density all natural wool felt that is 1/8" thick and comes with a punched-out 1/2" arbor hole.
