Thin Flat-Nose Pliers with Nylon Jaws

These thin flat-nose pliers are ideal for forming, shaping, holding or straightening wire or flat stock; the narrow profile lets you get closer to your work. The nylon lining the jaws provides a firm grip and protects the surface of even very soft metal or wire from marring; you can also file or carve the nylon to suit specific operations; the jaws are replaceable to extend the life of the tool. • These pliers have a box joint; one half of the joint surrounds the other, and the pivot is contained within. This joint holds its alignment far longer than a lap joint but allows the tool to open only as far as the box size.
