Woven Fiber 114.3mm Kiln Disc Set

The woven fiber discs in this set keep your metal clay and enamel pieces from sticking to the kiln shelf or firing screen during firing. Ideal for enameling as well as glass, the disc withstands temperatures up to 2,500°F. Enamels may stick slightly to the disc, but will come away without marring or damage; simply coat the bottom of your enamel piece with Amacote or a similar product. Set the disc on the kiln shelf or firing screen and set the enameled or glass-decorated jewelry piece on top of it and fire as usual.
